has the Mikey Block Green Seal, because it creates
an R-18 insulated stay-in-place form for the slab
and uses approximately 30% less concrete than a
conventional monopoured slab.
Also noteworthy is the fact that in the entire ICF
industry, this process is unique to Mikey Block.
Because EPS-only ICFs are so light, they cannot
be set into the wet concrete, while Raster-like
ICFs are too heavy and will sink too far into it.
